Please explain to me then what Scooby Doo has to do with a Subaru Impreza (apart from the vague similarity in the sound of the end of each word).....?

sorry mate but Im just sick of the Subaru name being brought down over the past few years by 'chavved up' folk and there ****e examples

Hey there, I was onlly kidding with you. Your said you didn't like the name Scooby Do and I was merely referring to the site's name in my suggestion this might not be the site for you

The Scooby Do thing comes from the word Subaru soundling like Scooby Do and that is it. Nothing more complex than that and it has just gone from there.

Silly I know, but better than some of the things people do to their cars

 

I really hate madflaps. especially when you ask why there on there car??? and the usual response is, to stop stonechips!!!

They really do look sh1te!!!

Oh and for anyone local thats driven past it and thought-nice car shame about those back lights..... i'm waiting for the correct replacement standard ones to arrive (not the one saloon and one wagon that arrived in a parcel 3 weeks ago lol)

fan boys who think the impreza is the best and fastest car on the planet and anything else is inferior

list is endless but i am going out now so this will have to do for the moment

 

specialist magazines that feature chavtastic examples

 

Lexus lights and Morette lights look absolutely dreadful.

Also God awful is the 'dubber' look taken to extremes.

Most other stuff I can tolerate except for bad paint jobs and rust, scruffiness etc

Nothing wrong with a few antics IMHO so long as no harm is done. I take the 'if a tree falls down in a forest with no people, does it make a sound' approach.

Obviously if you watch Police Interceptors you will think a squealed tyre is lead to the collapse of civilisation though.

How many items off the "sad" list do you have on yours? Must be a few. I suppose it must be a shock to find that all your carefully chosen "improvements" don't actually result in passers-by and other car owners remarking: "Wow, look at that marvellous Subaru - the owner must be so cool he's actually at minus 274 degrees Celsius". In fact, quite the opposite.
