As we've now aided the air flow out through the back of the car, we thought about what was stopping it coming through from under the car. The rear clip is held together by a pressed metal contraption, stopping all air flow, so we decided to make a new 'less' restrictive version

So we built a jig and some braces to hold it all in the right place! Then we took lot's of measurements and started to construct something

And that's all the piccies!!
Not bad, has only taken me best part of a day and a half to sort it all out and put it up on 3 different sites!!
Hopefully it'll be easier to keep up to date now!

There's loads of things missed out, not intentionally, just no piccies. BUT it's always good to keep some surprises back

I hope you all enjoy

Don't like the colour other than that, stirling work - and I thought I was mad fitting Cosworth 4 x 4 running gear to an Opel Manta!

Keep up the good work.

Thats some epic work there.

I really wish I had the skills, time and resources to do something like this.

Will be keeping a close eye on this thread.

Oh, and when you have got bored of the car, I will buy it off you!

Thanks for the offer, we really appreciate that
The reason we kept it that font was to duplicate the Fiesta font. That way it showed a combination of both
