It's a question I would love to answer, but we didn't get a chance to have a play. Both cars running same power 400bhp so am hoping on our next meeting we can find out. We are also planning a track day after his warranty has ran out.

Impreza History would suggest the jdm car will have the edge. I'd be interested to see tho.

Looking forward to having some fun

I've said before that I think the R205 despite its intention is more track focussed and the Cosworth better setup for UK roads. No doubt in my mind though that these are the two best Imprezas released to the public.

Big thanks to Benno22 for supplying me with the EJ22 block! Will get it inspected and sent off for machining for some 14mm head studs and a rear thrust conversion. Now I need to decide what internals to go for!

Good luck mate!
Don't forget I have a set of lateral race rods and 97.5 pistons (freshly powdercoated) that have only seen the dyno for sale! Possibly also a nitrided crank too.

Cheers

Decided to keep her throw some money at her and do the Nurburgring this summer.

The canards HT aut's do a slightly different to these. You can order the originals from the Arai website online.

Can someone recommend a colour for BBS Forged alloys (S203/04 ALLOYS) Should I go gloss black, anthracite or gunmetal grey?
