Well not only have Scoobyclinic aranged for 10 of their sponsored cars to support this event they have now gone one step further ! Kev has come to an arrangement with Straightliners and Scoobyclinic will now sponsor the whole event. I am really pleased as this sort of support is just what we need to makes these events stand out and live in to the future.

So we now have officially 'The Scoobyclinic Scoobyshootout'

Also looking forward to seeing what my car does down the strip,
last time was a 13.4 with 102 MPH.

I know some of the other motors will distroy me on the strip,

dofo looking forward to it now.

Bez Im travelling over in the morning so might be late traffic etc can you save me a parking place coz it looks like its going to be a busy competitors pit/park area. 13.4/102 ???? I would have thought your car would have been quicker than that.I think my best to date has been 12.60 /116 terminal/1.770 60ft which this year I hope to beat with the new clutch in.

Yep Gus will save you a place, 13.4 as only running about 300 bhp then, got a bit more power now, but not much more.

I've registered and Paid (well a friend has for me), but my lass is coming in my car to watch. Will I just need to pay £10 on the gate for her?

Can't beat that kind of forecast!

Have found them to be really accurate when we've used it for our race meets.

it would be good if we could have a splash of rain again for an hour, & have a bit of play time, slip sliding away!!!

Looks like there might still be a good flavour of cars there.
