Licence and helmet will be all you will need, there will be signing on there at the start of the day.

dont worry mate, its for everyone, just come out and enjoy yourself!
ive only ever done drags before, never handling circuit or top speed, but should be fun.
bring both parts of ur license and a helmet if you got one, might be limited supply there if you dont have one yourself.

engine revs about 4 to 4 1/2 grand, noise meter at 45 degrees from the exhaust at waist height approx a metre away. If you need a bung to get the noise level down it has to stay in if you take it out (they do random tests during the event ) they can pull you off track and either ban you for the rest of the event or get you to put it back in as for testing before you enter god knows my mate has one which we tried and it was spot on try any music shop or you might be lucky that an MOT station might have one.

Just as a note, the first time i have EVER had my crash helmet checked for correct type approval at Elvington was last Sunday, so make sure you have a helmet that is current.
