Tom, if you bag every fastener you remove and put them in a tray in the order you removed them is basically impossible to mess up.
You don't even have to build the short motor. Just bolt the heads up and chuck the timing belt on.
Then just the ancillaries go back the same as they come off.

I'd do it for you but am just too busy at the mo.

gona hava go at stripping it but as for putting it altogether i'll leave that to the experts dont want any disasters

Frayz if you chuck the timing belt on will it tension itself correctly aswell as time itself. If so I must try chucking it on next time I have to do one.

Tom like Frayz said bag each nut/bolt up and put with the part that they came from and just write on the bag to be double sure, there is'nt that many nuts and bolts and it is pretty self explanetery(sp) tbh

Tom just let my mate do the lot for you take the old apart and stick the new together all you need to do just get the parts it really aint going to cost you any more and it will be done and back on the rd he is a good pal of mine and bloody good t what he does

opend the bonnet yesterday stuck my head in n thought erm??? closed it again,havnt a clue where to start
Cars on the parents drive too so they want me to move it before I start pulling it apart
