What a nightmare. So someone just smashed the car up or did someone crash into it? So sorry for you. Any pics of the damage? I'd guess that if the loss adviser says it's a right off then as far as the insurance compay is concerned then it's a right off. Doesn't mean that you can't buy the car back after it's written off though and repair it. Depends what pillar he means & how bad the damage is imo.

yea i decleard them befor i had them fitted spent a small fortune car and mods atleast 8+ maybe more insurance say they may pay 3k they looking at stuff and going to get back to me
