I can lay you up a flat sheet of carbon to cut yourself but I'm waiting on some aluminium honeycombe to use as a core which will be stronger and lighter

They look spot on darren,remember where not all gonna be running 10" wide rims lmao ya crazy fool.
Yes cut straight down and have a nice door to 1/4 gap,will need a return on tho to look right when the door is open.

These look quite smart but, here's an idea I was thinking.. What about adding a little grooved line to match in line with the bumper to wing gap? so it looks like they are 2 piece and doesn't look odd where it covers the gap between the bumper and wing. It's the only thing on these arches I don't like. Surely you'd only (he says knowing **** all about it lol) have to add a male rib to the mold, and it'd also double as a handy way for customers to line the arches up easily when fitting.

lol they're only 30mm wider on the front buddy , yeah they'll have a return on the back to stick em on as well as returns on the opening , not sure about the rivet on look for these ?

you're right mate it is quite simple to do , would mean another mould though as I'm not sure everyone would want it . May even do a 3 piece rear arch at some point I'll see what they look like

I would pfrefer them as they are and just bond on,no rivet look for me.

Darren they look really good imo,but,i think they need to be 3 piece rears and 2 piece fronts,as i would want them bonded really tight and close to have minimil gap to panel,so this would mean bonding them to wings/rear 1/4's and bonding to bumpers to,so in that case,when the bumpers need to be removed,the whole arch would need to be ripped off.
And have returns on as you have done on the door gap,.....then they would be absoluteley perfect mate,no point rushing them.

Also daren be good to see some pics of the car with a standard 17/18" wheel/wheels on just to show how wide they actually are,just a thought matey,
and take pics of a before and after of the metal work/arch/wings to show how much you cut/trim off,and will you be trimming the bumpers back ?
