Sorry guys been awhile!
Seems to be taking forever....

Cleaned up the underside as it will be on show quite a bit. Going Takata green on a few things, wheels and tow straps etc.

Arches and hubs are now sorted ready for the brakes. Going white brembo's with green lettering. Managed to get the Tein's and Perrins on ok, bit of a pig as three bolts sheared on rear arb mounts to chassis!

Back to the difuser now!

Brakes done!
Should go with the green wheels.

Rears not Brembo's but want them to match.

Bumper taking a bit longer to prep, should have it on by Saturday.

Difuser bolted on loose, need to fit with bumper in place.

Carbon boot on, total mare. No slot for lock rod and the catch was well out. Had to space the boot catch out 5mm as it would not close. Also poor fit in 1 corner so used a washer on hinge. Not cheap so nearly 2 hours a bit of a joke. Still weighs nothing compared to old one and it has no holes!

Also pinched the Sti rear lights of my old car.

Hi guys, just fitted my Uk98 block with a early manifold. I've overcome most issues but have 2 problems. I have a grey wiring block spare which comes out of the bulkhead near the turbo as in pic. The cam and crank sensors have nowhere to connect, maybe related??

Also my 98 block has engine breather which splits into 2 which I have no idea what to join to? The manifold has 1 spare breather connection just above as in pic?

Any help much appreciated guys, need to get it running. Thanks.

On a brighter note, got a few more jobs done..

Diffuser done..

Engine in, used my 98 engine from old car, just swapped inlet manifolds.

Just a few niggles to iron out. Tyres, cage and interior next.

Cam and crank sensors are part of the main engine loom and run to the connectors near the battery.

RE: The breather, one end goes to a non return valve on the inlet manifold the other gets fed to the plastic inlet pipe to the turbo. If you're using a catch can then you feed this to the catch can (not forgetting to block off the hole in the inlet tract)

Hmmm those 2 connectors as shown near breather pipe def' dont have a home. I've checked for any spare wiring plugs but there are none? Any ideas on grey plug with 8 wires? Thanks mate

All good guys, loom from a 94 is slightly different on 3 connectors. Just ordered a 95 engine loom. Thanks again.

Looking good but any chance of a few shots further back to see the rear end in all its glory, liking the brake colour nice idea, can I ask why you have gone for bembos thought most people went to k sports or ap as the brembo have a tendency to flex due to caliper design.

Best of luck and will be following this but please more wider angled pics
