SUBARU bike ordered today and cant thank you all enough, the dealer has promised me it for friday , so hopefully i will have it put together for when he comes back from his school trip . i have killed my lloyds card and intend to transfer the paypal funds to help pay for it (hope no one minds) dans letter and photos will be up by the weekend . once again a BIG THANK YOU one and all . the total raised was £257.29 which was amazing . the bike delivered was £355.25 all in . if he is a member on here thanks also to nick at subarupartsstore.co.uk for all his help over the phone smiles to follow

oh yes the whens my bike going to be found question every day was begining to get me down ,, fingers crossed putting it together will be thge only time i have to toutch it with a spanner and screwdriver lol . friday after work frantic bike mechanic routine ready for 7.30 home from trip ,, cheers tom and thank you

Totally agree wih that, can't wait to see the smiles (or at least read about them). It has amazed me (and I'm going to speak a 'little' out of turn here) that after I decided to have a couple of years away from SN because it became impolite, full of trolls, it seemed nobody had any respect or thought for anyone else, that one of the first threads I read is this and the SN community has all of a sudden restored my faith in it. Well done to all that contributed, I think a fantastic thing has been achieved here, that completely unprovoked a community of people who by and large only know each other by internet names have done this to help a fellow member.

Apologies to anybody I may have offended, but if the above applies to you you would know, there are no personal comments there.
