It has indeed. Not a top priority in all honesty as per earlier posts as the day to day work takes priority. Being let down by designers etc has put things back a lot.

These landed with us about 4pm yesterday, a handful went out yesterday before 5pm and the remaining lot will be dispatched today. PM's are going out as and when they are dispatching.

Half of the orders received for these don't have a SN username on them, these people will need to send me a PM with their order numbers before the tax disc holders can be sent out.

Same here - invoice stuck to an open envelope - must admit the envelope hadn't been tampered with, looks as is it hadn't been sealed in the first place. Having seen the final design I agree it is indeed very bland, so don't worry about sending a replacement.

 

Well me being the cynic I am, I think this was just a ploy to get their i-trader score to go through the roof as there seems to be such a ***** wagging thing going on about this with certain traders on here.

We've got the highest iTrader Feedback without the tax disc give away by some margin and always have done since we've started using it.

A thankyou for having the tax disc holders designed, made and dispatched would be suffice.

Regarding the design, we had to keep it family friendly and to suit a wide range of people. I quite like it though and already have it on the car

For those that haven't received theirs yet:

If you haven't received a PM saying yours has been dispatched, this will be because you didn't include a SN username on your order, which was required. You will need to PM me the order number which would have been emailed to you at the time of placing the order and I will have it dispatched asap.

We received lots of bogus orders and many for 30, 50 100+ tax disc holders. This is the reason a valid SN username was a requirement.

There is no point in posting a message on this thread simply stating "I haven't received it yet", as we no way of knowing who you are or what your order number is

We have a pile of about 50 orders sat here waiting without valid SN usernames.
