Well done, Sara. I gave up the nasty habit 3 years ago. My mouth no more stinks like a chimley in rain (just of the garlic now), nor is the centre of my front teeth going maroon-to-black any more The day one starts to feel "guilty" and "inferior" about smoking, that day becomes the first day of "calling it a day". Many say that they gave up due to feeling like an outcast. They had to go out of the pub in chilling winds and rain to smoke, while others continued to hold their pints high and stayed dry and warm inside, near the flickering flames of the log fire. That drilled a little shame into some smokers' head, and they took a step into thinking of giving it up.

I wasn't one of them, BTW I did feel like a pr!ck for having to get out of my work-site for a ***, while none of the collegues smoked. The gravest reason for me to give up was my repetitive ENT killer of a flaming inflammation.

Anyhoo, good luck with giving up and all that
