Some tw.at nearly side swiped me on a dual carriage way yesterday, as he was so busy either reading or typing a text, he didn't realise he was drifting onto my lane. I was to close to brake, and just squeezed past. Tw.at.

One nearly had me tonight, BMW driver exciting the Plough and Flail pub in Mobberley, I slowed and thought she had seen me as the car stopped, then she went, windows misted up and talking into a mobile, I got a defferential wave, she got called a dumb ****.

I do not really see the big deal here most decent phones have either a speaker phone function or come with an ear piece so you can use those. I actually find it more distracting to have the earpiece in and my bluetooth headunit is a pain in the **** so I press the loudspeaker button on the phone then talk.
