bank account details

if you tx money into his bank and never got anything back

you cant go to phone his bank and tell them he took the money and you never recevied anything

im not starting anything as i have said i have dealt with cossie in the past

it is weird that paypal is not used as without paypal (what other ways are there to recover monies apart from on a PROMISE OR POLICE)

with regards to IB, IMHO if there is suspicion of theft then they would have to co-op with police and hand out address and name

Its been x amounts of week now - now 300 quid to some peeps is a shed load of money

how would you feel if you shat 300 quid up the wall

After waiting for x amounts of weeks to get your monies back would you really want to hand out your A/C and Sort Code (I ******* wouldnt)

I have my doubts a tracking number even exists TBH

I think its no coincidence that my centre section and ****`s fuel pump have suppposedly been posted and delivered but lo and behold we are both out of pocket with no parts.

He claims he isnt a con-man but yet hasnt the common decency to reply to any messages. We are apparently jumping on the bandwagon with our ****

Lets see if he is any more forthcoming with his details, somehow I doubt it.

Cossie-Nutter you are a joke send me your details and ill see you in court.

This really is nothing to do with me as i've not been ripped off here (or had any dealings with the seller), but I am genuinely intrigued by what has been 'sorted out with the bank'? A loan, overdraft, what? If the seller has had to borrow money to pay these people back then he should explain that and preferably prove that he has the funds to pay them back.

Changing from bank transfer to cheque reeks of blagging to me. It pushes back the earliest payments from the previously stated promise by almost 2 weeks, if it ever happens.

that's not entirely accurate.

if they were to goto the police and get a form, I forget what its called, the police can request all held information from IB ie: your name, address ip number etc (if they hold any of that information).

im sure it wont get to that point though, having dealt with CN in the past I found him nothing but helpful.

if the scenario is correct as he has stated, not many people would be able to pull that sort of money from behind their ear would they. he has promised delivery of cheques on saturday, so i think you should give him til after the bh weekend before considering other action.

all the best

if Cossie-Nutter was selling the AVC-Rs at the same cost as from his wholesaler buddy then I can see why he is annoyed.
Essentially he would have organised a group buy and is merely the facilitator.

However, if Cossie-Nutter was making any profit at all (no matter how small) then it is being done for personal gain, in which case he should rightfully be dealing with the fall out as that is what goes with the territory.
That like going into McDonald's, asking for a BigMac meal with coke, getting a floor cleaner cloth in a wrapper and them saying, "clear off, don't get arsey or you'll have to go to court for your refund".
Essentially CN has made himself a middle man, let's not deny the effort involved in what he does, it IS hard going however for that effort you make profit, sponds, whatever you want to call it.
As for the threats of violence and neg feedback well I would HOPE that CN regrets those comments and can accept that those actions were at best childish and at worst. illegal.

It is an unfortunate turn of events for those involved, genuine folk who wanted a boost controller and handed over their hard earned monies and we can only hope that they are refunded in full as a matter of urgency in a manner that they are satisfied (note I didn't say happy as satisfaction is all they have to hope for) with.

Were it not for that fact that many people have dealt with CN in the past and been happy, this would smack of flat4online.

Scott sits in his bedroom and arranges wholesalers to sell stuff to his customers and he merely sorts the financial side of things, paying the wholesalers direct and creaming his piece off the top.

Finally, do you honestly think paypal would have retrieved the money and refunded it?
if you do then you are naiive to say the least, CN could have removed account linking from the PP account and also show a signed ticket that you accepted delivery, did any one of you open the packets and check before signing for them?
I doubt it.

Take better steps to protect yourselves because its not only the person you are directly dealing with that can Fkuc you over, as proven here.
CN may well be an innocent party in this but that doesn't make the hassle any less a bitter pill to swallow.

sucks

At least with a Group Buy you know that the organizer is piggy in the middle. With this one it looked like a seller with a good rep was selling direct hence the trust. If CNs mate had come on here to sell he'd have done so with no feedback & been treated with some suspicion, quite rightly IMHO.

I agree with you TX, I feel dirty for doing so but all the same I agree.

If CN was making a few pence then he was happy to take the spoils and therefore has to deal with any shyte, thats why you are able to make a few pence.

You can't cream off aprofit and not accept ANY responsibility, that's just crazy talk

That I would say is a disgrace and I also fear possibly the death of Cossi Nutter selling things on scoobynet.

What fool would buy anything from him now that he has:
a) been shown to be a middle man in business while not paying the Snet fees
b) acted like an **** rather than with dignity

Shame because a lot of people have had a lot of very good dealings with him and he had a very good rep.

Did he PM you a tracking number? I'm sure you can get neg feedback removed if you can prove it to be incorrect. I can't believe the mods have not picked up on this thread and had something to say. Seems people can get away with anything on this site these days...
