I appreciate that you are very busy trying to resolve this but if you don't mind, would you be able to confirm (with a list) those who bought the AVCR's from you as I have been approached by 4 people on here (makes 5 including me) about this which means 5 people say they have bought AVCR's from you but only 3 were for sale.
I am sure you can clear this up with a quick list of those getting re-embursed their money.

what about the bloke who says he paid for a center section off you? is that a misunderstanding?
I also like your comment regarding meeting you face to face and you will soon sort them out. I think in the other thread you mention you like a good punch up. I think you have have tarnished your trader reputation on here in more ways than one. I for one would certainly never contemplate buying something off you after this fiasco.

And for people watching the original for sale thread yes it did start out with 3 then they were sold and sent then more came around that I got bent over with!

End of the day it's plain and simple! They get refunds very soon and I'm out of pocket big time! Just waiting for bank to get there act together!

If I was wrong with the number of 8 I appologise. I was basing it on the 8 people who have posted in this thread atating that they have paid for an AVCR and not recieved one!! Perhaps a list of who is due a refund for what would help to clarify.

That was not including the centre section or the fuel pump.
At the end of the day I hope this does get sorted, but I still find your attitude pretty shocking over some aspects of this whole thing TBH. (Yes you have said you will put it right and full credit to you if you do).
Firstly the lack of appology. Its the first thing I would be doing if I had sold something I didn't have in my possetion and it all went **** up.
Secondly - the comment on the feedback. I would say people are 100% entitled to leave -ve feedback. Regardless whether they gat their cash back or not. They have paid for an item that you never actually had to supply.
Thirdly - this silly macho attitude where you seem to think you will just tackle anyone who dares say anything. I really dont get that at all!!! I'm not small or shy believe me, but I learned a long time ago that there is always someone bigger, stronger or more mental than you out there and if you go looking for trouble it will eventually end in tears.

I have bought a avcr from cossie nutter and had exactly the same problems, I recieved a charger for god knows what. It has been over three weeks now and I paid straight into his account and didnt recieve a reply to my pms or anything. I dont want to give the fella a bad name as mistakes and accidents do happen but i think that three weeks is taking the p*ss it wouldnt take much to message me back to say there is a problem, it is not hard to acess internet anymore with mobile phones relations computers etc. Now why do we have to wait two weeks for a refund? If your mate hasnt sorted the avcrs out then where has the money that we have paid you gone? Also after all this i dont really want to give out any bank details of mine, you maybe genuine but once bitten twice shy! I would rather a cheque or meet I would gladly drive if im going to get my money back. Are you going to reply to my pm?
I started a thread about all this in general chat I didnt realise people had replied to this thread and will delete it when the problem has been resolved. I dont want to give you a bad name at all as you have good feedback this is why i trusted to pay directly into your account, but how would you feel if someone took £300 of your money and you heard nothing from them? Lets hope we all get it sorted
