I've just phoned that number, the guy on the end claims he is called 'dave' and has never heard of scoobynet. He said he's a serving copper and that he is not happy that his number has been publicy posted. He also told me that we have very little chance of getting our money back and that the police won't do anything about it. He suggested that the only realistic solution was to start a civil case but this would be pricey. Also, he seemed very keen that NO private details of cossie-nutter are posted online or that we would all be in serious trouble with the police ourselves???? Anyway, he sounded genuine but obviously he could just be cossie-nutter trying it on or perhaps one of his friends? Can I ask why you think that is his mobile number cav400?
Regardless of the phone call I've just had I'm not giving up on this as after 11 years of dealing with people online I've never been conned so losing £300 has made me very angry!!!

Lets get the facts in perspective here even though I'm p1ssing my self at your detective work!
Ok yes I have logged in today for the 1st time as my broadband in now active and using an I Phone really isn't very good for forums!
For anyone who knows me I am an honest seller and person!
Right the reason I have not replied is because I have been getting the facts of what the hell has been going on...
Right this is the crack and it's up to you if you believe it or not believe it I really couldn't care less now as talk about Hung Drawn and Quartered before the 2nd side of the story is spoke about so to speak!
I have been dealing with a friend of mine for many years now and he called me up to say he has a batch of AVCR Boost controllers and would let me have them at a better price! So I put them on here and sold them to your peeps! So once they were gone I paid him for them via bank transfer! Well saying he was going to send them direct to you and said it would take 14 days max because thats what you allow Royal Mail with standard policy!
Well by logging in today and have a **** load of pm's and now that I can't get hold of my so called friend it looks like I have been dicked! So it now looks like I will now have to give a refund to all the people involved!
So this is how it's going to work !
1, All the Bull****e information above I want deleted and slagging off of me because I feels it's very unfair before you heard the other side of the story so to speak!
2nd, I want all the people involved (Not the **** stirrers!) of the Avcr's to PM me with the heading (MY DETAILS) there Full name, Address and bank details, Because of this it will now take me atleast 2 weeks to get the money together and pay it back into your accounts!
If anyone wants to kick off about this and want's to throw there toys out the pram they will just get ignored unless they want to meet me face to face and I soon sort you out!
I think the funniest bit is a dog called Dave who is a copper that's proper muppet's room material!

no offence but dont u think u should of got the avcrs before u accepted the money from buyers then wen u got the money pass it on to ure mate mibee u should be sorting him out not anyone on here who is genuinely concerned about not receiving items they payed for u should supply the persons concerned with ure phone number that way u can have a decent conversation on the phone and tell them whats going on and keep them up to date with details of wen to expect there cash back or items imho i havent dealt with u or spoke to u so only stating what i think and what i would of done in ure situation

I have bought a avcr from cossie nutter and had exactly the same problems, I recieved a charger for god knows what. It has been over three weeks now and I paid straight into his account and didnt recieve a reply to my pms or anything. I dont want to give the fella a bad name as mistakes and accidents do happen but i think that three weeks is taking the p*ss it wouldnt take much to message me back to say there is a problem, it is not hard to acess internet anymore with mobile phones relations computers etc. Now why do we have to wait two weeks for a refund? If your mate hasnt sorted the avcrs out then where has the money that we have paid you gone? Also after all this i dont really want to give out any bank details of mine, you maybe genuine but once bitten twice shy! I would rather a cheque or meet I would gladly drive if im going to get my money back. Are you going to reply to my pm?
I started a thread about all this in general chat I didnt realise people had replied to this thread and will delete it when the problem has been resolved. I dont want to give you a bad name at all as you have good feedback this is why i trusted to pay directly into your account, but how would you feel if someone took £300 of your money and you heard nothing from them? Lets hope we all get it sorted

I am no rip off artist by far and full refunds will be back with you within 14 days! I have to allow 14 days so I can get the money back together after being ripped off big time my self and well out of pocket and having to find other money to refund the people involved!
But I promise you all now if anymore bullsh1te slander gets carried on I shall just walk away and wait for the civil cases! As I have explained whats happened and whats going to happen to get you all sorted out asap!

why is there dodgy phone chargers gettin sent to the buyers addresses like who sent them u ?? or u ure robbing m8 dont understand why that would happen did u leave the cash with ure ex mate then just leave him to post the avcrs i was tempted to buy one aswell glad i didnt as couldnt be dain we the hassle of no item then waiting for refund not trying to slate u just dont like people gettin bumped whether i no them or not unless its junkies lol

I pay him into his bank and he sends them on to the address and people I tell him to, But looks like this time he sent out bullsh1te stuff and ripped me off!
