Nope I'm 32, and anyone who is banned for 5 years has done something pretty serious, what did the guy expect when creating such an idiotic thread?? Support from people saying well done fella good on ya for loosing your licence keep your car etc etc.

If hes lost his licence then I have no sympathy... there was a reason for it.

 

Once, yes people make mistakes (although i've never made the "mistake" of driving pissed up (im assuming here given the ban length, he's hardly done 40 in a 30 to get a 5 year ban has he).

Twice, you need a proper deterrent and lengthy ban imposed.

Three times, you're a brainless clown who has no respect for the law or anyone else on the road and should be banned for good.

If you make the same "error of judgement" three times there's nothing stopping you doing it a fourth, fifth, sixth and so on, clearly nothing has been learned by this chap so he deserves all he gets.

Simple as that.
