Really sorry it's such late notice, but I won't be able to make it, I really hope somebody can take my place, I'll be coming along but will park outside as I have to leave early. ( Can't risk being stuck inside till the end ) sorry again

Should be able to get out without a problem. My guess is it will be easier to leave earlier rather than at the end.

You've been as many times as I have to this event. NIL. My instructions were that no movement between 10am and 4pm. It was in the 1st post.

How it works in practice I have no idea, you may be able to leave but I cannot make that promise as it would be contrary to the instructions I have been given.
