Right managed to find this which is worth knowing.
According to the Japfest website we are in Club Area 'E' IIRC this is right behind the popular Quarry Corner. Nice grass area and i'm pretty sure it's one of the first gates you get to as you arrive at Combe.

H can I make a suggestion?
For those coming from Stratford, Warwick, Cov etc it will be a mega early start to travel across to Stechford for a 6am departure.
Can I suggest we set up a meeting point at the Strensham Services just before j8 of the M5, as this would mean others can go directly across the M42 and down the M5 without travelling up through B'ham?
Google reckons 54mins from Stechford to the services, so if the convoy drives sensibly ;-) those wishing to meet at the services can get there and be ready to leave from 6:45am. The convoy can then simply drop into the services and cruise through, allowing others to join the back of the que to exit.
What do you think, good idea or bad?

I like the sound of this, we are on tight time scales however I am sure this is do-able. Do you know if there are any Shells on the M5?
tempted to say 06:30 as Strensham is pretty close...

There appears to be a Shell in Allington right close to Castle Combe (would make sense), so fill up before then top-up on the way back.
In terms of services, Frankly is an Esso, Strensham is a BP and so is Michael Woods.

Sounds good to me Paul. As long as we leave Stechford dead on 6, with minimal traffic we should get to you for 6:30, providing everyone can keep up with me
H, have you got the ESC Tunnel Run jerry cans at the ready?

Its 47.5 miles from Stechford retail park to the services so if you do it in 30mins you'll be averaging 95mph, and if your cars are anything like mine you'll be out of fuel by Bromsgrove at that pace!
PS
H, I see you were sorting the positioning of each car on the stand. Feel free to but mine near the back somewhere as i'm going to be very pushed for time to get the thing clean (to my standards) by Saturday morning. - Will try my best though
Cheers, Paul
