ho yess its like driving an armchair its only done 57000 so like new inside and better on petrol

I'm not bad thanks ad, the Evo isn't too bad either although its just come out of the garage after a slight electrical problem turned out to be an easy fix and was age related. I hear you've broken your back? How's the red beast doing?

 

Yea m8 broke one of my vertebra and unstable fracture on another vertibra . It's ok it's at pole now having some little bits added new pads and disks from godspeed so should stop now ,and injectors and a few other bits hahaha !!! Matt picked my car up from me on Sunday which was good of him because obviously I can't drive

 

Sounds bad mate. Hope you make a full and speedy recovery you need to start hoping that Matty doesn't mistake your car for a breaker now did you get the issue sorted with the lack of power?

 

There isn't a lack of power. A slight misfire at 6k it's looking like it maybe a fault with the simtec getting looked at tomo . I'm thinking of selling my compomotives and buying Rotas and putting arches on to go with my bucket seats and flocked dash undecided tho because my arches are mint and so is the car so don't really want to start cutting all the arches out for some plastic arches

 

Sorry mate, I thought it was a lack of power above 5k for some reason. Your car would look good with Rotas and arches but I think you'd be better off staying as you are, like you said mate your car is really clean and that's becoming a rare thing now for most classics

 

Yea I know that's what I'm thinking !!

 

Why not just put Rotas on anyway?

 

Without arches?? There's no point unless I can have some nice wide dished ones or may as well keep my comps and don't think can put them on classics without arches
