So it passed.. no advisories. Other than David subtly telling me that my exhaust is too loud and that I should put the silencer in next time !

Good to see the crew at APi

Tom, saw your car. Didn't realise you had those Prodrive alloys on it. Very rare wheels those, I thought they were Rotas looking at the pictures. Very nice wheels indeed

Was anything been done on my car or was it just parked outside? Never really knew they were rare wheels and I assumed they were the same as the prodrive wheels on Andys car

Different to mine, never actually seen any like those before Tom. Shame about the halfords refurb job on them though did you say it was simons brother that did them or a friend of his? Whoever it was, he should've gone to specsavers. Would be worth having them refurbed properley as was originally promised to you imho and would smarten the car up no end.

Your car in a Matt black wrap and Bronze/gunmetal wheels would look great! and well worth the outlay. Just dont sell up bud

I agree the refurb job is pretty crap as it seems the faces have just been sprayed rather than the whole wheel being done. I've looked into a matte black wrap as you know and the wheels would look great in bronze, I'm not sure who did the refurb all I know is that it was done in Birmingham.

I have looked at an XKR today and also an AMG Mercedes but I just can't decide what to do

I`d opt for gold stickers, but its all down to personal preference..
Still looks very nice though I must admit.

To be honest I think I'd avoid the pink and go for red instead as I think it would stand out a little more than the pink and I'd put an STI badge from a later car rather than the pink and silver one from the blobeye cars
