Tried all the usual suspects lads. Currently with A-Plan for £850 FC mods declared on my Sport. This year they want £990. Cheapest on compare websites is £1100 and Keith Michaels can't do better than £1000. Adrian Flux seem to be the cheapest so far so think I'll be going with them.

I need cheering up lol

A-plan for me as well. £550 fully comp with mods declared. they werent the cheapest (by £50 at least) but there service was excellent and they were the only ones that bothered to call me back.

Looking for around 300 bhp
Pretty standard at the moment, just walbro fuel pump, stainless centre and backbox,k&n panel filter.....
Thinking of ported headers,sportcat,full 3inch exhaust,remap,injectors..
Needs to stay reliable and on a budget.......

Would it be worth mapping in current state or do it after modifications?
Looked at ecutek.
Am i right in thinking anti lag could be added at a later date?
Thanks for your time.....cheers (daz).

Antilag you'll be best with Simtek, you could have it tuned now and then tweeked as you fit your addons.

if you get a chance have a look at bmfcrash's car he's got simtek with antilag installed

Its gunna be later in the year. We know whats going to be fitted and Im buying bits here and there. I cant wait for the inspection to find out what caused the compression loss. If anything is at fault, I will post it up for all to see. Thanks for your interest Tom, see you soon.

Is it worth speaking to becketts about his attitude at the end of the day he could be driving away potential customers.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been that involved in the west mids club yet. Been getting my classic wagon upto standard (standard turbo2000)

Just a quick question...

What oil are you guys using? Everyone is telling me different things...

some say 10w40 semi synthetic, 10w40 fully synthetic and others 10w50 fully synthetic

Hello Mate

I've got a 1998 classic wagon turbo 2000 and i've been using 10w50 fully synthetic for last 3 years with no problems
although many people will tell you many different things,so at the end of the day it's your own personal preference

Regards

Nick.
