if im correct m8 you cannot remap the ecu u need after market eci i.e apexi simtec theres a couple of others have a look on clasifieds
Rsf1, best bet is have a chat with mark at Twaites or jolly green monster about ecu's maybe mr Feighan will know if it can be mapped...

Really would like to mee some of you lot one day,If I can get a map to 260 I may upgrae a few things for 300 an il be happy there,specially if ecu can run in 2 modes This thing with ecus is beyon me,honestly the 1st car ive not been offered a remap on the cheap and ive owne plenty and even considered re mapping my self,the guys are giving out goo reliable maps up to 700 bhp on saabs with obvious upgrades but big end handles all that power as standdard.. That why I got my lpt 20t 9-3 but shame it fwd an not 4x4

Welcome mate I had this problem on my last impreza and 97/98 models cannot be mapped on the standard ecu currently
