the rear lights are still legal they do look dark in the pic but there not that dark tho we used a paint in a lacour to get the tint how we want it then paint it as you would a panel to get a good finish
black widow your welcome to it mate the amount its costing so far id be better off getting rid now before the engine and gearbox have to be brought mate

They dint make a 2 door it was the grd shell but we have had to re do every part of the car front scratch as grd's was very poor and no where near up to out standards in all honesty it would have been easier to start with a STD shell but we live and learn

V4 sti Its good to back in a scooby
the latest edition version 4 sti fully forged internals using mahl pistons and arrow rods acl bearings , type r cam shafts just pondering over turbo now, have some 740 injectors and modified fuel rails so looking to go for around the 420 - 450 bhp mark will keep you all updated thinking the sc billet may be the way to go,

thought i would pop a few photos off my ride so far
just for peoples who are considering this its a version 3/4 sti tmic going on to a version1/2 car this will not fit in the space like on a v3/4 the throttle body is just to long on a v 1/2 car you could change to a v3/4 throttle body and make a mounting bracket or to do it correctly fit a full v3/4 inlet the inlet which will bolt on to the v1/2 heads this not only gives you the correct room for the tmic also the correct mounting points but also the correct angle for that much needed bonnet under tray to direct the air we wouldnt advise any 1 fitting 1 with the orignal v1/2 inlet as the angles are all wrong as is the spacing to get the much needed air to them just a heads up
