I don't suppose you have an image of 8.5's to show the difference in offset/dish.
cheers

To run 8.5 x 18 rota grid or torque drifts would I need to have coilovers fitted? What would the best tyre size be? Currently got 225/40/18 on.

not nessesarily no , i have fotted 18x8.5s onto cars with normal suspension . running 2254018 tyres
you may need to roll the rear arches or run camber bolts if you get rubbing under HARD driving conditions

Hi Mags,
I know its my first post etc but can you please PM a price and availabilty of Rota force 18" x 9" in 5 x 100 and with an ET30-35 ish in either gunmetal or bronze. I already have tyres.
Also are the Force and G Force wheels one and the same or are they 2 different wheels?
Many thanks,
Alex

Thanks Mags,
Can I run 8.5x18 on 235x40/18 with Standard STi Hawkeye struts with Prodrive Springs.
What is the offset ?
I know the RB320 runs 8.5x18 on 235's but expect the offset is more like ET50.
Cheers....

you can run them but we have had issues on some cars with rubbing , and on the hawk stis there is nothing to roll on the rears so its better on 225s
