Check e bay rules, check English law!
Ebay is not simply a place to advertise things in this case, it is an auction.
If an item has been offered for sale by auction with no reserve price
then once a bid has been recieved, this is a LEGAL CONTRACT, as such the intended purchaser can claim in court against the seller if the item is removed.

I'd be a bit p****d off if i had bid on, and subsequently won an item for it to be suddenly withdrawn.
Equally there seem to be a couple of guys on here wanting to buy these parts,well you cant sell the same item twice can you!

there is nothing stopping me from ending listings on ebay and most things i am selling will be left on ebay.
