Hi ian, i got these a while back now and just had them fitted. just wanted to say thanks, what a difference! and i've not even changed the fluid or hoses yet. great stuff and great price.
only thing is, the discs seem to be getting rusty on the hub bit, is this normal? can i paint it?

I got the grooved discs and kevlar pads fitted last week and thought I'd give it a while before posting comments. I admit that my previous system was not on top form, but thats probably the same for most folks and thats what prompts our purchases anyway.

Product looked great out of the box and the fitment was easy.

Ive done a couple of hundred miles of gentle(ish) use and everything seems in good order. I can certainly feel some meat in the pedal and nowhere near as much travel as before. A little while back I swapped to braided hoses and dot 5 fluids. I think I'm now feeling the full benefit and would certainly recommend the set up Ive not got to regular road users.

Its seems a good price compared to much of whats out there and Ian certainly provides a quick service and some good after sales (Ive dropped him one or two questions following my purchase)

In summary - nice product, happy with price, delivery and I applaud the overall service.

Can i also add a set of the hel braided hoses and 1 litre brake fluid onto the same order to save on postage,was gonna paint the calipers so might as well get the other half to fit the braided lines at the same time.

fitted my disks and pads on wednesday and a great difference. cant wait to order my fronts on tuesday and fit hoses and fluid.....

but i looked today and realised the same as 'TICH WRX'

the disk are very rusty.

 

Yes thats the problem with discs , all makes will do this , you can just give the centre a lick of paint to cover this , where the pads sit it will rub any rust off as soon as you use the brakes

I have decided to keep this group buy going now until the 28th of April which is when I close for 2 weeks for holidays , I was going to end it today , have had quite a few ringing saying they wanted to be included but had to wait for pay day.
So for those , there is no rush.

Our couriers are shut friday and monday , so any orders tomorrow will be sent out tomorrow but won't be delivered until tuesday now , anyone who ordered before 4 pm today , your orders will be with you tomorrow.

Hi Ian, I bought some of these front discs and pads for my MY00 UK Turbo the other day... now I'm thinking about getting matching rears, how much would this rush me? Also, I've seen mention of some braided lines, what sort of cost is involved for those?
