guys interested in your findings, I got 4pots on my 99 wagon turbo, with standard disks- can I expect a monster improvement with this buy?

went out in my friends focus rs with 4pot ap racing calipers, with grooved disks - Im sorry to say the braking power was immense and now I feel the need to get mine at least half as good on the subaru

Hi
No its never going to be a ' monster ' improvement , but it will be an improvement over the standard items , if you looking for brakes the same as your friends Focus , we offer a 330mm kit with AP 4 pots and Ferodo DS2500 pads for £895 , now that would be a ' monster ' improvement

Cheers Ian

The boys swapped mine over last night and I noticed an improvement straight away. To be fair I have been running on the original discs which were fairly worn and std pads which were not great either. I'll let you know how things go over the next few weeks as things bed down. Thanks Ian for the good service so far.

Just a quick report on these brakes, hope you don't mind.

Only had them fitted a week or so but went for a quick blast last night to give them a bit of a test. Really good bite and response after about 5 miles of hard on/off braking. Pads appear to not get as hot as normal pads and the discs take a bit more pressure than normal. Doesnt appear to create lots of brake dust either.

Its a fair upgrade from the standard setup that appears to generally run alot cooler for a very decent price. I'd say its well suited to fast road application. The discs look sexy too! Fitted to a standard UK MY98 Turbo 2000 wagon.

Plus one here also, cheaper then standard but work 10 times better.

But i would like to adds i had tarox disc and rally pads costing £300, and will never buy any more.

Ian's work spot on and i found them to be far better then the tarox set up i had befor.
