I've got some of these,quality

 

Not so keen on the Salomon myself, but the Merrels are fine with jeans. Goretex so keep tootsies dry, and you won't have trainers that smell like a sewer.

To be honest Gok.....some of the other trainers on here look like something cocoa the clown would wear. Add to that I'm late thirties, and you start to get the picture.

 

Nothing like reebok classics!

 

converse look good with jeans but depending on your age may look a little out of place on an older gent.

Adidas superstars are a classic trainer.



Or if going for a Nike trainer then the Air Max 1 is my fave. come in loads of colours.

 

Anybody wearing those with jeans and had not just come from a long walk I would think geek!

Onitsuka tiger are not not chavy some of that lot on this page are just crap sl72 are not bad

 

No need to wear white plimsols just because you have reached the age of 25!

I dont know where in the uk you are, but east midlands designer outlet have just opened a nike shop, we went the other day and I have never seen so many pairs of shoes and they are loads cheaper than any shop I have ever seen.

nike air max which are usually £100 plus were £50. plus we got a discount card to get an extra 10%, so cheap!

Why not get a pair that you like the look of and are comfortable. What the hell does fashion matter anyway. It only people trying to influence you what to buy so they can make a fortune!
