just maybe, it does some good other parties joining in, in a thread like this.

its ok, cos if he doesnt refund the 150 quid, thats his trader score going straight to negative, then he wont be able to sell anything on here again, then his name will stick as a bad seller and a tosser, then if he decided to come to some scoobynet shows or meets, no one will welcome him. no one will answer any of his new threads cos they wont have the time of day for him...

so all in all he is gonna be one lonely useless member on here.

I did not want to comment woody, but recently i have sold 2 turbos in the last 4 months and when i advertise them i like the buyer to know exactly what he is buying,ie: honest description ,and good pictures for example :

Subaru impreza TD04 Turbo (Mint) on eBay (end time 04-Feb-10 08:16:28 GMT)

The picture mr goulding has posted is crap -end of. Also if you were checking the shaft for play you would notice the condition of the blades. I recently bought a turbo of a lad on ebay and dispite the pictures looking really good ,i drove 125 miles to his house to inspect, check and then pay him.I could of trusted him and paid for postage(like you did),but i am only to aware that not everybody is like you and me ;and mr goulding if you are reading this I use to be a special delivery manager at royal mail, and no parcel firm will leave parcels on the doorstep,at worst they will leave them with a neighbour and leave a 'form left' at your addres telling you where your parcel is.
Never mind about who signed for it ,or who lost there job - YOU GOT PAID,woody has got F**k ALL,Pay him the money he paid you ,and you fight fed ex over the parcel which was allegedly left at your house. Is it really that hard . Dont bother posting another reply to this post unless of course your going to say SORRY and let everyone know you have refunded his money.
This thread has taken 4 pages when a few lines would have sorted everything - i'am done

thats a postmaster midnight who deals with the specials ? , theres no such thing as a special delivery manager lol
i also have had parcels left at my door and signed for and im sure a lot of other people have also but i know the postie so maybe that makes it ok
saying that not really my buisness nor any 1 else's but seems like both of you got hassle through this so hope u guys get it sorted .
as for every 1 else , as far as i can see john aint got a turbo and woody and got his money ? woody has a good trader score and so does john ? i think every 1 else should kind of keep it 2 themselves rather than picking sides as 1 minute it seemed john was ok now hes a moron lol ( no offence john ) , nobody really knows either of these 2 guys and yet ppl seem to have their personality's worked out ?
i do feel for woody as i myself have been bumped a few times and believe me its not an easy thing to take lightly i hope everything works out 4 u m8 but doesnt look so good ?
i will also say though to you john , its pretty bad that u have not posted on this thread for a while even if it is or is not offering refunds etc as it makes u look guilty although with all the post's above calling u a rip off merchant i wouldnt blame u if and only if u were being honest about everything

Sorry braveheart but the correct term is priority services manager(s.d manager) and the callers office manager . As i stated in my post i did not want to get involved, but this could have been sorted way before it got out of hand. The link in my post is a turbo i sold and the description & pics is what you get. John sold the turbo in a damaged state - end of,i am not questioning whether he knew this or not,but the fact is he posted it to woody who received it in and it was damaged. No ifs or buts you refund the man his money . If your a bit sceptical ,you might hold onto the money until the turbo is returned to you,but once you've had proof of posting - you refund him and pursue the courier yourself.Sorry but that is my idea of fair play.

that sounds better mate as does your statement , it makes sense rather than jst calling people names etc like everybody seems to be doing but imho john has not helped matters with his ways of dealing with this issue but that doesnt mean neceseraly that hes that bad a guy although im sure woody wants 2 kick his *** on the matter which is understandable in woody's case and may i add , only woody's case , its not really any our business unless he is continualy causing distress over and over and continuing to bump people which by the look of it he's not ?

i feel for woody though as he is out of pocket and john hit the button when he stated that money basically doesnt grow on trees , so john of all people should know how woody is feeling .
