Tow Hooks Group Buy
Just found them today after speaking to a couple of people and thought I'd share the information. Personally I'm not into bling, I want kit that functions correctly at a reasonable price and these meet those requirements. They are for towing my car in the event of an accident at the track, not polishing them on a Saturday afternoon. The cost differential in this case is too great for me to ignore and although the CDF tow hooks are very nice I can see no additional gain in functionality.
Not knocking Chris in the slightest, he's a very nice man from whom I've brought plenty of kit in the past and never had any issues. Good luck with the group buy.

A more vibrant red would be lovely, but the red from the example in the pics is fine enough if its the only 'shade'.

Some pics below of my towing eye fitted.
sorry the pic are not the best. The problem I had when mounting this is trying to find somewhere on the front strong enough to mount it. In te end I decided on the chassis leg. This presented another problem in that if I mounted the alloy towing eye on the leg it wasnt long enough to come through the fog light cover so I would need to remove the cover everytime i wanted to use it which was no use given it was for track use.
In the end I bolted some thick steel plates to the chassis leg to extend it out and then mounted the towing eye to the plates. Not sure how you are going to design one for the front but hope this helps a little

theres a lot of people depending on price and design. i think it will be a good idea to come up with a final design and show everyone it before they commit.
i arnt too fussed where they are to fit as il make it fit but arnt keen on it being on the original tow point because i dont wana cut my splitter, il happily cut my fog cover or something though.
