lol *******.
We did the whole "anti-apple" thing last night in the pub

Amazing the people you can meet through circumstance eh. NO Ant, not "Amazing the people you can meet through circumcision" lol

Nice to finally meet him after all this time, and a big thank you to everyone who showed an interest in the trip.
Maybe with a little organisation we can do a group trip some time

80-130cm's at present between the resorts.
0-4cm in the village which is much lower

Still having good snow fall, and some lovely temps too. Windchill of -31 on Sunday lol

Arinsal itself 70-100cms.

Is my memory failing me or wasn't there "a bit of trouble" on the last Florida holiday with a friend?
Look forward to the debrief.

Oh that old thing, all forgotten now

I dont think there will be much of a debrief to look forward to this time. Much to the relief of the SN "massive"

Excellent mate.
We had good conditions on arrival. Then a big freeze, and snowfall for 2-3 day. 20-30cms of snow in a couple of days.
River froze, wind picked up. 50kph+ winds, and windchill dropped to -37 at the lowest.

But amazing conditions mate. Gutted you could not make it.

That's really cold!!! Did you manage to get the cable car over to the other mountain and do the runs through the trees? We really enjoyed Arinsal when we went. It was my first snowy holiday so will always be one of my favourites!!

All is not lost this season, i've managed to arrange a trip to Meribel next month now with three others (two friends and a random from work) and we're supposed to be booking tomorrow!! Holidays seem to be cheap this year, but just expecting to get spanked in resort instead of the travel agents!!!

Nope, shamefully I spent the week in Arinsal with Chantal and Brad. Took me a day to find my peace with the new board. Pal by all accounts was in fantastic condition though. Arcalis was the place to be, again, didnt get there lol.

Yeah was pretty chilly, but with the right clothing on it was not too bad really. Got some footage of the winds etc. Apparently the chair lift was taking up to 30 mins to get up at points, being stopped for high winds, great place to be stuck.

Not 100% sure the link to the pictures will work, but can try eh lol

Good luck getting booked up. Holidays are cheap, resorts are pretty empty at the mo. Prices in resort are still typical ski resort prices, lifts passes are up a little.
