Turns out I don't need a dual beam H7 as it is only the sidelights that come on with the dipped projector (they're bright).
So I've got one H7 bulb in each lamp that is only main beam. My question then relates to the Impreza H7 fitment (Prodrive Bugeye): is there any difference between the two H7 bulb types (one for dipped, one for main) or is it just that the beam is thrown differently in each?
If the latter, would it be suitable for an Audi S4?
Thanks

Hi BOB'5.
I am thinking of purchasing a kit from you for the main beam.
I have had several HID conversion kits before (not your kits though) and they took quite a while (5 to 6 seconds) to reach full brightness, which was a bit annoying in the main beam.
Have these newer design units managed to reduce the time it takes for the light output to reach full brightness?
Do you have any idea how long they take to reach full brightness please?
TIA

Will fit an Audi S4, but not sure if there are any Canbus issues on that model. Even if there is, we can supply canbus cancellers if needed.

Hi BOB'5
I might be able to get my order in when I have the info to decide whether to buy or not

Classics = H4 Dual Beam (does dipped and main beam)
Bugeye Dipped Beam = H1 (sometimes H4 Dual Beam)
Bugeye Main Beam = 9005
Blobeye Dipped Beam = H1
Blobeye Main Beam = 9005
Hawkeye Dipped Beam =
Hawkeye Main Beam =
Morette fitments:
Classics = H4 Dual Beam
Classics main beam
Bugeye Dipped Beam =
Bugeye Main Beam =
Blobeye Dipped Beam =
Blobeye Main Beam =
Prodrive fitments:
Bugeye Dipped Beam = H7
Bugeye Main Beam = H7
Blobeye Dipped Beam =
Blobeye Main Beam =
If you have one set of bulbs for dipped and one set for main, you will need a H1 single beam kit. If you only have one set of bulbs doing both beams, you will need H4 Dual Beam. It is usually H1 though
HID for both hi and lo by way of moving reflector. We've found this to be the best all around and what I've used in my own classic for some years now.
