Next meet is due on the 5 May. I won't be here due to being at the Nurburgring
(my 100% record falls by the wayside)

sorry we couldn't be there, we were racing at silverstone over the weekend.

I will book the pub for 24 (same as last time) and post it on the board a couple of weeks before, but someone else will have to take charge on the day (not that I do!!!)

Hmmmm, how did I do, the question I never like to answer...
... so here it is - racers excuse hat firmly on head...

I'd never raced at silverstone before, (club circuit), had new suspension front and rear on the bike (new brakes too) so I was sh*ting myself really. -3 friday night = zero sleep so not looking good......

Last, last, last but one and erm last.
However, my total race time from race 1 to race 4 improved by over 34 seconds and my fastest lap time by over 4 seconds.

I can now go round in a terrible (although faster than race 1) 1 min 11 seconds - allthough there seems to have been an 'issue' with the timing and I may be actually doing 1min 9 seconds !!

So there we are, the front runners do 1min 2secs so I've a way to go yet.

Mikey, in which category are you racing in?

A friend of mine is running in the 600s and did quite well (1 x 3rd and 3 x 2nds ), and I was just wondering as I'm hopefully going to watch him sometime soon and therefore will know to look out for yourself as well.

He's also doing the MRO series, are you?
