I got a 6mth ban and a fine... that was the minimum term for totting up to 13 points.
On the plus side when my licence comes back in 6mths it'll be clean, so I can start building them points up all over again...
...also 6mths gives me time to save up for the insurance which will be thru the roof no doubt!

...gives you 6 months to carry out extensive upgrades to the car, more like
