Hi Keith,
As far as I'm aware I've responded to all your emails.
I have been in touch with Parcelforce but to no avail.
Obviously nothing ids going to happen now over new year, so if they don't turn up before Monday, then we'll have to go
from there.

doh

was after a blue one to do a straight swap, however the damaged part is the black casing around the outer edge. The missus managed to clip it on a post in a car park, thankfully the coloured section on the front and the glass were ok, Do you know if i can just change the outer (black) trim and if it is difficult? i suspect you are probably the man to ask following the amount of work you put into the white blobeye
