Clownwatch
It does amuse me that people think Telboy and Bubba are/were behind CW. I'm really not the best at reading people, however to me they both call a spade a spade and seemingly don't hide behind aliases should they wish to comment on thinking someone is a twonk, thus creating a blog to berate, abuse and defame users doesn't seem to be their style.
One could claim in their defiance that they are behind it "The lady doth protest too much, methinks", but I'm not convinced. Do they know who it is? Again, I am fairly sure they do not, but I would not be overly shocked if it turned out to be someone who they knew.

to stand for all to see.
The double bluff method
The "problem" is/was that webclown pissed that many people off (or maybe it was 1 person with many usernames? who knows
)
It could have been any number of people, as a rather large amount of people featured in policy tend to think the man was a **** merchant of the highest order
No doubt something else will pop back up, maybe the blog is down with a server crash or something?

I'd say the writers have pulled it as they want to stop people viewing / copying the posts and comments as this might give an inkling of whom they are, and/or they are worried someone is getting a little too close to finding out and then publicly revealing who they are/were.
I seriously doubt that. They like (crave?) the attention that CW gave them, in the same way they enjoyed the notoriety they had on here, until their accounts were banned.
They might post on here, but I doubt they will, as unless they play the stealth troll card for a while and I don't think they could be that patient, they'd want to start having a pop at people as soon as possible, then they'd be banned fairly quickly.
The blog may come back, or another one might well appear, I don't see them hiding in the shadows and saying nothing. As said, they are attention seekers.

The blog was about for some time before the masses got wind of it. If attention was the aim then a link on SN from day 1 would have been available.
The thing that spoilt it was the comments. There were nasty on the whole and detracted from the talent. The Blog itself was, as said, bang on the button, with a few exceptions.
Has it been reported for abuse? It has disappeared before too.
Who it is appears to bother me less than most. Whoever it is doesnt seem to pay too much attention though, which rules out many of the proposed candidates.

I think you may find it was pulled a little to late to keep the cloak of invisibility a garment worth wearing
I'd like to think it was a clever trick by Stu @ Internet Brands to drum up traffic to SN, to get people posting again and generate some interest in the place.
Though that's probably just wishful thinking.
