This is a picture of what i received from bob i ordered a hid light kit, question is this a mistake or attemp rip off

Girlfriend ordered the kit for a present for me, she is just out of hospital with a c-diff infection so it was a last minute buy

 

As per the email to your partner, you've received someone else's order and they have received yours. We've got someone new working here and they have put the wrong labels on.

It is very rare that we get any orders mixed up but this is one of those isolated cases.

Closed until 4th Jan, but have emailed a suggested solution.

Hi Bob I have the HID driving lights on my P1.
I have been told there are wiring problems fitting HID headlight conversions with HID driving lights.
Is this true or do your kits work with no problems.
I am not a mechanic and proberly been listening to hear say but could you clarify this for me please.

Hi Dave, there is an issue with the way that the P1 driving lights are wired.

Most owners seem to get around this quite easily and we've only had one P1 owner that couldn't sort it.

I've not fitted one to a P1 with driving lights, but I suspect it is fairly straightforward given the amount of owners that have managed to get around the problem.

Worst case scenerio, I would wire the driving lights indpendent of the headlamps.

Are there supposed to be fitting instructions with it?
I was hoping to fit them myself but dont know where to start

 

I fitted mine the other day calv, looks comlicated but take one piece at a time and found it ok. I'll give you a hand at the meet if you still haven't fitted them

probably been asked before but whats the difference between your 6000k hi/lo beam and them on fleabay?

 

Our kits are ours using carefully selected components which have been proven over the years to work. Everything gets tested on my own scoob before release (as is the projector kit at the moment).

18 Month Replacement Warranty, landline telephone number for advice etc.

Some places sell lesser kits for double our price.

We have a fair few customers who chance it with fleabay kits only to come to us in the end and buy one of ours.

 

Hopefully all sorted now mate as the kit you received is on it's way back to us and yours has been dispatched too

 

when are you doing a new gb?or whats your best price including delivery for a 6000k hi/lo beam slim kit.
