How much extra offset is needed compared to the standard ET50-ish? Would a hub-centric spacer do the trick, with 225/45 on 17x8 rims?

I'm going to make these one's so that you can use standard offset wheels and a 25mm spacer Andy .

I've finally made some arches up to use as a base for these new arches ,
I'm using 25mm spacers and standard offset 18" wheels

fronts are straight forward enough so they're pretty much done !

rears need to be cut for the door opening , I've tried a few different lines for the cut but this seems to work best ??

should have time to do a bit more tomorrow

Look really good. Do you have any idea on pricing yet? Also are you able to do a spraying and fitting service?

Thanks
Andy

Hi Daren,

I have 17"x7" speedline turini wheels on my type R, they have a offset of et48 and I have 215/45 tyres on them, the car rides at standard height.

Will the 25mm spacers you suggest be ok, and do you sell the spacers.

I have noticed, when comparing to others, that these wheels do seem to sit deep in the arches at the rear.

Cheers, Paul.

I'm hoping to make these a little simpler to make and hence slightly cheaper than the other classic arches (£200) . Bodyshops flat out atm. but may be able to fit/paint soon
