is the shoot at toys r us???? if so where is it

Is everyone OK for a photo shoot on Sunday 18th Oct @ TRU Bas'don car park???
We are also looking into the possibility of adding the regular dates for the Posers, HWH and Lodge meetings to the dates as well. If this can be accommodated it will be
Cost will be £7.99 for an A4 calendar, of which at least £1 will be donated to the Essex Air Ambulance. If we can get the numbers up to around a hundred this will be more.
Pictures need to be sent over in as high a resolution as possible to george@copybase.co.uk
Sam, George and myself will collect monies at the various meets wherever possible or payments can be sent into Copybase just like the Karting
We can also post out at cost if required

Can you confirm that George has received the pics I sent last week and that one of them will be suitable?
No way we can make 9 - 9.30am on a Sunday, especially after a late night Saturday! We'd need to leave home at 8!

If we can nab a bit of the carpark at the lodge we could do the shoot there if they allow us to plug in some hallogen lights. Seeing as everyone is likely to be there anyway. Could get a few peeps in the shot as well.
