If you do time think of the effect on your loved ones? No idea if you are married or have children but if you go down for several years for putting someone in a box then is it really worth it over your car?
If they came in and assualted your family then sure its a different game then and its on like donkey kong!
One thought though, if you willingly hand over the keys to your car does your insurance cover this?

Yes it is worth it to me even if I do a stretch fella!
No the insurance won't pay out or if they do it's a very gray area!
