Suspension parts part1 (Drop links)
Total price with the discount/vat and postage £98
The retail on the whiteline kit is £195.50+delivery , so you are getting the same product and nearly half the price. I know the whiteline kit is a proven product but I believe ours will do the job exactly the same. We have made the bushes so they move freely and the alloy is hard where other brands arn't.
Once we get the name out there I think these will quickly be up there with the best

I have arranged for a new tool to be made (which takes two weeks)
So from the 06/november I should be able to get 40 bushes per week (5full kits But by then I should have 32 bushes in stock (fingers cross)
So far I have 22 kits on order (outside of SN)
Here ... IN ORDER - that have paid
DAVE YEATES
TIM CHARLTON
STEVEN BEYMON
STUART SAMPLE
Will be fitting some to mine the weekend, so more photos to come - plus, we are getting a vinyl design company to make some easy fitting instructions for us (in colour i might add
)
And..... I have just this second taken delivery for £200 worth of fitting bolts /nuts and spacers

Got round to fitting the rears today along with a 24mm whiteline arb
As above, we will be getting full colour fitting guides to go with these.
Here is how I got on.
Tools needed :
17mm socket
14mm socket
17mm spanner
14mm spanner
12mm socket
1/2" socket
rubber mallet
grease
First I got the car up on my new tilting car jack :

Use a 14mm socket and a 14mm spanner to remove the top bolts on the droplinks

Then remove the bottom bolts

It is easier to remove the top first as the bottom rest against a part.

Then do the same to the other hand. Looking from the rear the back right you will need to pull the socket towards you and the left away from you - Mine were very tight so I used a long wench just to loosen them .
Now with the droplinks out of the way you need remove the old anti roll bar.

This is done with the 12mm socket
Once you have done both side, carefully remove the old arb and it should look like this

The new parts :

Remove the old hanging pieces from the old roll bar by giving them a tap with the rubber/wooden mallet

Once that is done, fit the new whiteline bushes about a inch away from the end of the bars

Then bolt the bar in place - I used new zinc plated bolts with had a 1/2 inch head on

Once the bar is in place you can fit the droplinks.
Make sure these have plenty of grease on .

The droplinks maybe tight going into the slot, I checked this against a whiteline one and they are also tight, so tap the bottom in with the mallet
Just bolt up the bottom for now, you will need to put the small spacer on the bolt , push it through then put the large spacer on the back with the m10 nylock bolt ,just do it finger tight for now

I then had to lower the car so it was sitting level for the roll bar to line up with the droplinks

I put this roll bar on medium settings, (middle hole) if you are buying adjustable bar.
You can then go ahead a tighten them all up and you are good to go

Just spotted these and they look really good.
You say the total price for the set with the discount, vat and postage is £98 - how much extra is it with the whiteline adjustable arb?
Also, if I place an order when am I likely to receive?

If you order both arb I can do 15% if you are going for one I can only do 10%
As you can see we do have a few orders for these , but are really only waiting for the bushes. I have been in contact with another compan today... hopefully they can produce them quicker
I will know more in the next few days but these will be sent out in the order they are paid for
I think it is amazing being able to see the process that you guys go through to make these and they seem to be really well made.
I was wondering if they fit a MY99 STI.
Reading some things earlier in the thread that confused me a little whether they were STI friendly or not!?
If you could PM me - would also like to know a price delivered to Japan (full set/standard colour) and Vat less.
Ta!
