Gary I need a quote on my impreza wrx,05 was insured by the wife I did have full no claims on my last Subaru untill sold and been on her insurance as have work van I need to insure in my name now but wondering how the no claimss will work do I need to contact the insurer or can it be done via you computer system or can I use hers not to sure how to go about it could you contact me on

Apologies Steve, but like you said I was very rushed.

I had to leave the office at 16.00 and at 16.15 was still trying to get out.

Rather than ignore your message I thought it'd be polite to ring and explain why i couldn't quote you this afternoon, I thought this would be much more professional than ignoring your message..... but apparently not.

Apologies for not ringing you back today, but after a late start and early finish I've been rushed off my feet.
If you do need a quote I'll call you tomorrow, but I'll be in late again unfortunately as I have to go back to the doctors again.

In my defence I was not to know you were I'll or due to go to doctors and to be fair it's none of my business. As that's a person matter. But it doesn't take a whole day to get back to someone. When it's work related in my opionion. I have had my own car business if if I didn't return calls I would have lost the business such defeats the object of being in business. Hopefully no bad feelings Gary and yes I do still need a quote if your not to busy today many thanks Steve

what you've paid for a new 2015 is mental. cheaper than thE tax on my 2004 punto.

We don't price match as such, but can speak to the underwriters if you've had a cheaper quote and see if they can do anything to keep the business.
