Will still be attending but not in my car I shall poncing a lift of one or many of you lovely MSOC lot during the course of the day!!!! This is as my car will not be road worthy at the time, Im quite sure. My clutch is just about to die a horrible death any week now, new one is going to be ordered soon but not sure when. Also left rear shock is very badly knocking now & is crashing & bumping on every imperfection in the road. BC's are on order in group buy but wont recieve them till end of October. To add the sh&tload of wonga that I have to spend, my tyres have only approx another 3 months left, max!!! But the good news is I can get pissed & relax while youz lot drive!!

Milamber - where does everyone need to be (officially) and at what time?

That way we can figure out what time to do a pre-meet at Ace Cafe



Hope there's time for chilli chips and cheese at the pre-meet
Altho I'll feel sorry for my co-pilot after, lol

 

The precise starting area will be announced shortly, but will be roughly in the area of the Thurrock services on the M25 as per previous years. No more than a 2 minute drive either way.

The event kicks off at 9pm so aim to be there from about 8pm I'd have thought.

A limited run of stickers will be available on the night (we don't want to print up 300 only to sell 20).

A very limited run of 40 shirts will be available. We are just calculating prices at the moment as we have only just heard from the supplier If the shirts are a success then we will probably print up others after the event if people are still interested.

 

I'm in, seem to miss it every year but not this time fingers crossed!

I know a few ppl were meeting at the Ace Cafe but not sure what time and not sure if they were going past South Mimms (but it would be the easiest route.

If we gotta be around Thurrock at 9pm I reckon we'd need to meet at South Mimms at 7.30pm and aim to leave at 8.15 - 8.30pm latest??

Wouldnt be a problem, just means changing the pre-meet times a bit.

As it stands meeting times for each pre-meet:


Ace Cafe:
6pm - 7pm

South Mimms:
7.30 - 8.30pm

Thurrock Services:
9.00 - ?


Convoy from Ace Cafe to South Mimms will take approx half an hour and then from South Mimms about the same again. Hopefully we wont hit any major traffic, altho there is speed restrictions on the M25 in that direct. However on the MissBanzai tunnel run we left South Mimms and got to Thurrock in about half an hour so should be fine
