Good write up

Surprised about the brakes failing, are you going to change your set up before next year then?

It was James brakes that failed not Jon's. Jons work fine and dandy I believe.

I just said that to make James feel better Seriously though, The GP circuit is a killer on brakes especially the 1st turn.

It probably caused James extra braking problems because of the 12 bratwurst and chips he had.

Oi!!! I spend 5 hours writing a trip report and get slated!!

How many forums do i have to check?!?!!!

Flaps - i had a passenger in the car with me whereas Jon did not and he has better discs and pads than me (PF) along with braided lines so probably didn't have to use them half as much. In all seriousness, the GP circuit is FAR harder than the ring on my car!

Changes for me - performance brake fluid, braided hoses and new discs/pads.

Well, get it done then fella! It's the best fun you can have

A few updated piccys. The side markers and repeaters are being junked and replaced tomorrow as are the front splitter and rear wing (soon). And if i can find someone who can build a decent gearbox then i'll be a very happy bunny

I'm liking the camo look, especially the 'bigger' shaped ones- small ones look too busy imho..

To the OP (jon?), looking at the grooves/slots are you sure your dics's are the correct way around..?

Ah, no problem, just most other manufacturers have slots the other way to deglaze pads, nothing to do with air/gas flow. It's the internal 'vanes/ventilation' that expels air towards to outer diameter btw..
