looks good with those wheels Trev...poor photo though
gearbox was finished this week and then when being tested it wouldn't go into fifth cleanly...stripped down and found a broken internal part of the selector ring
Luckily enough I have a couple of old boxes I destroyed a few years back so hopefully one will be suitable.

i may have been lucky and I think i have the parts i need from one of the other boxes i broke...Gaz will confirm tomorrow, so hopefully not long

Badge-less facelift grille complete. Just need to get the bumper sorted and I can fit it!

I've got a bumper
(from when we broke the wifees car last year) just need to cut the hole for the front mount and paint it (already de-washer jetted it!!!!)

Decided to strip the pre-facelift bumper off today to allow me to test fit the facelift bumper and trim it to fit the fmic.

I was left with this pile after all the trimming

It needs a chunk taking out of the bottom of each side. Its hidden by the fog covers in my case.

6 years and a lot of fun. Time to move on.
I've had an urge for several years to build a couple of mk2 Fiestas (before they end up at silly money to buy!) so thats what the next projects are. One is even going to be a dedicated track car!
