Those kneecaps look very much like HGH-enhanced/abused limbs. It might have started off as a woman, but i bet it's closer to being a man now than many males on the planet!

Sometims it does not become "apparent" until puberty, and sometimes it's obvious and thus corrected at birth. (With the easy option removing the male organ, making the subject female irrespective of a more accurate sexual bias)
In this case (if she is indeed found t have male hormonze etc, and it's not a scam) I'd have thought her "male" organs are internal, with only her external female genitalia visible... she's never had a boyfriend has she

There was a documentary on Chanel 4 last year about it.
It does happen.

That is bloody horrendous for the person who that happens to. Now just say that is the case for this athlete but tests have never been done to discover this is the case for her, if she has been brought up as female all her life and believes she is female then she can hardly be found to be cheating.

It is quite rare, but apparently unless the individual has been in hospital and has been under tests for something else, these things usually go undiagnosed until the individual comes to start a family. In most cases, the reproductive organs are not complete inside the body, and some women have been found to have undescended ********* as well as a womb, but then perhaps no ovaries or fallopian tubes. And in a mans case where there is a *****, sometimes there is a womb, birth canal, womb etc, and he 'could' in theory carry a child!
It is all easy to understand how it happens when it is all set out as facts in a documentary.

They interviewed her mum on the news today, I felt bad they were having to ask is she a girl....are you sure she is a girl, to her mum!
Did Famita Whitbread have the same problems?
Some women are born in mens bodies and vice versa. I say good luck to her and use it to your sporting advantage.

Did you really think the poor mum would announce to that BBC reporter that the newly crowned Women's 800 metres champion was in fact a man and that it had just slipped her mind when the SA authorities agreed to enter her in the competition?

I fully agree that such a sensitive and potentially embarrassing procedure should have been done privately instead of publicising it.
If the decision went the wrong way, then it is fair enough to publicise it after the checks were done.

Slightly off topic here, but what's the story with the presenter's shirt at the beginning of the clip from the OP's BBC link? It looks like there are bugs crawling on his shirt....
