Another evening down the workshop cracking on now need to as i have got to have it rolling by end of the week lol so fun and games heres some more pics for you to have a ganders

No worrys Paul give me a shout when you are ready should be workshop moving this weekend so mini should be back up the house..

i Am not quite sure how i am going to do this yet so any suggestions would be very much appreiciated as i have to had a great deal to do with roll cages before









Here are my proposed additions to the turrents also any input would be great if you think it could be better or extra braces welcome to all input

Well spent another hour on it tonight got the rear strut brace in looks great tomorrow night will be getting the cage in going to tweek it slightly for strengh, couple of pics

Just found this thread and its not as if I've been anywhere!

Fantastic stuff. I'm sure there are lot of forum members like myself who's 1st car was an old mini, so to combine the 2 cars I have the most passion for gets a huge from me.

Can't wait to see the finished project, get it on the London to Brighton mini run

it will be at a lot of shows next year hopefully well thats the plan anyway, but i say one thing it is not a show car it is being built to be used and it most def will be used lol on the road and track that is the plan

i am not fully sure i am worried it will end up looking more like this than my original pic this one is running 14 inch wheels where as i will be running 16 inch so not sure and it is a one off only kit it will be tweeked a lot too

Been busy on the new workshop at the house yesterday and today will stick a few pics up later but it is looking good all the lights are up and working new workbench installed and couple of new sockets to wire in then crack on with tidying and sorting then get a sealing coat of paint on the floor

Step away from the body kit (pleeeesase?)

IMHO the more "Mini" it looks the better! If you could pull off the blue mini looks and even squeeze it in under the non clubman front end (big ask I know) it would look great.

Now, if you could just bend space and time a little ....

right the new floor paint arrived today for the workshop so the first coat has gone down onto the sealing paint so tomoz night i will get another coat on then saturday move all the kit down from th eold workshop will be great to be in a non drafty non dusty workshop at home, cheers for the great comments guys i need to perhaps get some test arches to try maybe

Mini has landed at home shed loads of sorting to do still got to tidy last bits of rubbish from old workshop, and sort everything out in the new workshop
so tomorrow will be a busy day pics and maybe a vid to follow
