yep because companies cut costs by hiring brain dead untrained idiots on minimum wage to deal with their customers. I dont think any company is different really be it a phone company or Curry's etc. You want a bargain you have to deal with the dim-witts they have to employ to keep costs of their products down.

I could argue with you, but it would be pointless.

Takes an awful lot more to get my knickers in a twist than your attempts to get a rise

But good luck with that.

Simple fact is that Voda screwed up/lied. We (all) tried to reach an amicable solution, (which I didn't have to agree to, but did nevertheless) but due to a support network that didn't work, I ended moving to a provider that could cater for my needs (albeit at a slightly higher cost) - which proves you do get what you pay for (imho).

And with reference to the whole TP2 thing, I think I made the right decision anyway

I was after info on what it is like day to day is it full of bugs and how does it compare to the iphone as you have both. I like having a proper keyboard so the TP2 looks of more interest and i dont have any interest in storing music on a portable device, but i would like to tether my lap top when away on holiday so wondered if you had done that and how fast the connection was....... so basicly any comments on the TP2!!

I like the TP2 just as much as the iphone, call quality is excellent and internet is better than the iphone as its faster, easier to zoom into things and because of the better res screen most things look better. Music is easy to have on the phone as well as it takes a 16gig sd card so I have loads of music and films on it.

The keyboard is something i'm still trying to get used to as becaus eits so small you keep hitting wrong keys so I tend to use the virtual keyboard as I find it better for me. The TP2 is built to be tethered to a laptop as its asks for this when you conect it to the pc but there is an extra £5 charge for this so I haven't tried it as I'm happy to use the phone when I'm out and about. They are trying to make the phone feel more like it isn't a windows mobile phone but you still have to enter into the normal win mob menus for certain stuff, they are due to upgrade them to win mobile 6.5 which is supposedly more like an android setup and with an app store something the phone is lacking as its hard to get games for it due to the screen res. I

f your after a phone with good call quality and good internet its a good choice only real downsides are a bad camera and lack of built in storage, size wise is the same size as the iphone except its about 5mm thicker, I don't know what damage would happen if you dropped it as feels heavy compared to the iphone but then again I broke the screen on my iphone by dropping it from a table so go figure

its about the same but I prefer virtual keyboards as I find them easier plus if you touch a key in the virtual pad it vibrates so you know that you have typed it

Its on tmobile and that will give you an extra 3gig internet usage on the laptop. It ain't that bad when you consdider how much people charge for a usb modem. I haven't tried to link it up and see if it works incase I get a huge bill
