If you didnt ask for the special offer price then you wont have been given it. The offers on here are on here only, unless you specify that youre taking up a special offer then the sale will be treated as a normal retail sale with nornal retail prices. Did you ask for the lower price?

Both Ann and Louise know full well that the kits are £99 on Scoobynet. Theyre the only ladies working here.
All staff here also read back the order content and total price before completing the order. This is done specifically to allow customers to verify that theyre happy with the order and the amount before their card is charged. Did you raise the price issue at this point?
If you tell me your full name I can find out who processed your order to see what they say.

I know your full name now, done a search on product sales. It was Ann that took your order. She has no recollection of you saying you were from Scoobynet, asking for the £99 price nor you questioning the total when it was read out before the order was finalised?

Bren, i was one of the very few people that stuck up for you when you were being slated on p1woc about the k sport brakes and has always found your services to be spot on.
I did tell her that it was the SN deal and then handed her over to my fiancee to pay on her credit card, so i bet she remembers that bit.!!
I have purchased from you in the past all with Group buys, why would it be any different this time ?
I was going to purchase the radiator that you have a deal on but not this time iam a customer you have lost for sure.

Im just sat here stating the facts of the situation. No more. No less. Im a third party in this, having had absolutely nothing to do with the order at any point. As such Im investigating a complaint from scratch and am doing so methodically and logically to find out whats gone wrong and where. Im explaining how our systems work and how they are set up to catch problems like these.
You say youre unhappy that we have overcharged you and yet not only do my staff know about the Scoobynet discounts but they also double check that the customer is happy with the order and prices before proceeding as a catch all. If your fiancee agreed to the prices and details, not knowing any different, then that explains why it wasnt picked up at this stage.
We have tens of thousands of customers and although each and every one is highly valued there is absolutely no way that any of my staff would have any idea that youd only ordered with us on group buys and discount deals and therefore know that this specific order would automatically relate to a group buy or special offer.
I dont see any reason why you are getting upset just because Im going through the complaint to get to the root of the issue raised. I cant just run off and rant at my staff and throw money back at customers without digging into the situation first to find out whats going on.

We can refund the difference irrespective of what was said, thats a given anyway. Ill get it organised. That isnt the issue. The issue is whats gone wrong with the order and thats what I need to establish.

I took the order and do not recall you mentioning Hardrace or Scoobynet. I do know about special offers that are on here and will apply discounts when requested. I also run through orders and confirm the total amount with customers before finalising the order as this is normal practice. I do beleive this was done with your partner.
The extra charges have been refunded and the only thing I can do is apologise for the misunderstanding.

Going through things like this reitterates to my staff the importance of getting the details correct, its not a bad thing.
